****IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER****

Please bear in mind that there are major postal delays at the moment due to COVID-19 and Brexit. International orders are currently taking up to six weeks to arrive so we kindly ask for your patience. Please note that standard shipping does NOT include tracking - shipping upgrades can be chosen for an additional fee. We have no tracking available if you've not paid for the upgraded shipping.
 

How long should I wait for my order during the COVID-19 pandemic?Unfortunately during these times the post is taking a little longer due to delays and fewer staff working for Royal Mail so please do be patient. Once we've dispatched your orders we have no way of tracking them (unless you have chosen to upgrade the shipping) as we try to offer the cheapest yet reliable service for our customers. We will only have the proof of postage available.

If you feel that your order has taken a considerably long time to reach you then please do contact us. 

I'm purchasing from the U.K, how long should I expect to wait for my order from dispatch?
We send all of our products via Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually takes between two to five working days.

How are international orders sent?
We send our international orders by Royal Mail's 'International Standard' service.  We find orders to Europe can take anything from a few days to two weeks depending on the time of year so please be patient. 

If I'm purchasing from the U.S/Canada/Australia/New Zealand etc. how long should I expect to wait for my order?
Please be patient while waiting for your order as international orders can take up to five/six weeks especially due to customs.

How long should I wait for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to ship all orders within three days of purchase.  

Do our prints come in any other sizes?
Unfortunately not as each print is tailored for its size. 

Do our prints come in any other colours?
Unless otherwise stated in the listing where a variant is available, unfortunately not.

Do we sell gig posters signed by the bands/artists themselves?
No we do not. They are only signed by us. 

How will my orders be packaged?
All of the packaging we use is manufactured in the UK using 100% recycled/recyclable materials. We send all of our A3 & A2 prints in a triangular postal tube, our smaller prints and greeting cards are sent in hard backed envelopes (if being sent internationally we will package your smaller prints in biodegradable cellophane for extra security). Enamel pins and coasters are sent in padded postal paper bags.  

How are your greeting cards packaged?
We use compostable and Bio-degradable cello bags made from Vegetarian Starch.
